GETTING HERE

Parkgate St to Park Shuttle Bus

There will be a Pride Run shuttle bus running approximately every 15 minutes from Parkgate Street (Bus Stop 7078) to the park from 5.45PM. 

The shuttle bus will return to Parkgate Street after the Pride Run from Acres Road every 15 minutes. 

Pick Up and Drop Off points are outlined on the maps below.

We encourage all participants to Bus/Luas/Cycle to the Run.

Walking Time(s) to Papal Cross

Parkgate St.(30mins), Chapleziod Gate (20mins), Park Gate Street to Acres, Cabra Gate (30mins), Castleknock Gate(40mins)

Parking

Parking is limited, please carpool and aim to arrive early.

Cricket Grounds, Visitor Centre and Zoo (Lords Walk) Car Parks will be open. Papal Cross car park will have limited parking.

Parking is restricted in the park and participants are encouraged to use public transport.

Bib Collection

If you did not opt for postal delivery you can collect your race number/tshirt:

a) on 12th June between 12pm - 7pm at Outhouse, 105 Capel St D01R290.

b) At the event itself in the Phoenix Park between 6PM and 7PM. Registration closes at 7PM sharp.

Participant Checklist

The race number you had posted should be the same number on the Participant checklist. (to be posted)

No changes/ transfers can be made at this stage.

Anyone found to be running under another person's name will be disqualified.

Dogs

Dogs and not permitted to take part in the race. You are welcome to spectate with your dog and/or walk the track after once the Race Stewards indicate it is safe. Please be mindful of runners and keep dogs on leads at all times.

T-Shirts

T-Shirts should be delivered by 9th June.

Water

Water will be provided at the Finish Line. We utilise Refill Ireland to minimise waste.

Medals

To reduce our environmental impact we are delighted to provide unique Pride Run giant selfie medals for photo opportunities. Group photo anyone?

Prizes

There will be monetary prizes for 1st (€125), 2nd (€75), 3rd (€50) - across 3 categories - Male, Female, Non-binary.

Bag Drop

A baggage drop area will be provided. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Note there will be limited cover in the area and bags will be exposed to the elements.

Day Registration

There is no new registration on the day. Pre ordered ticket pick ups only.

Pacers

Pacers will be provided for 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 mins.

Virtual Racers

You can upload your results after the race by following the instructions on the race time page. (link to be posted)

Buggies and Wheeled Devices

We ask that you start at the back of the race and watch out for other runners and walkers.

First Aid

The Order of Malta will provide medical cover. The medical centre will be located adjacent to the start line.
